About Me

My own personal experience of counselling has been transformative. I have discovered first-hand how increased awareness and acceptance of what is, leads to greater choice and resulting change.

I have experience of spiritual issues, including doubt, uncertainty, and the pain that can accompany faith shifts or deconstruction. I have experience of teaching, parenting, caring, and struggles to find meaning.

I have a deep love of the natural world, which I return to again and again for belonging, solace and inspiration. My undergraduate degree in Geology taught me how systems balance and interrelate, I learned how the earth responds and transforms and how utterly beautiful this is. These are lessons I see mirrored in human experience.

I am committed to my own ongoing self-awareness and professional development.
